About the app
Linebook — Green Linebel is the shop book of a small corner store, kept the way it always was — only now it counts for you. Write down who took goods on credit and who paid back, and the book keeps every balance, every open sum and every shelf count in order.
Payments close the oldest entries first, so you always know not just how much is owed but how long it has been standing open.

What you get
Patrons
Your regulars with a photo, phone and address notes, a credit limit and five trust notches you set yourself — debtors listed first, with a warning when an entry goes past the limit.
Entries
Credit, payment, cash sale or correction, built from items on your shelf or written by hand, with the quantity checked against what is actually in stock.
Ledger page
One patron's full column with the running balance, a debt-over-time chart, the months they take the most, how fast they usually settle and whether they are getting faster or slower — plus a PAID stamp on every closed entry.
Friendly reminder
A polite note with the open sum and the date, ready to send through the share sheet.
Day
Today's takings, credit given, payments and margin. Close the day and keep it in the list of closed days.
Stock
Every item with its unit, price, cost, margin and quantity, a low-stock mark, how much moved in 30 days, how many days of cover are left and who buys it most.
Books
Takings day by day, margin, average ticket, the share sold on credit, and the ageing of everything owed across 0–7, 8–30, 31–60 and 60+ days.

Privacy Policy

No account, ever
Linebook — Green Linebel works without an account, without registration and without any sign-in. The app does not collect, transmit or sell personal information.
Your book stays on your device
The patrons you add with their names, phone and address notes, credit limits and your own trust marks; every credit, payment, cash sale and correction you write; the items on your shelf with their prices, costs and quantities; and the days you close are stored only in the local storage of your device and are never uploaded to any server. Every feature of the app works fully offline.
Camera and photos
The camera and photo library are accessed only when you choose to add a photo of a patron so their face sits next to their name. The picture is shrunk and saved on the device only, never leaves it, and you can remove it at any time.
Reminders are yours to send
A payment reminder is only prepared as text and handed to the iOS share sheet when you tap it. You alone decide whether and where to send it. The app does not send messages, make calls or contact anyone on your behalf.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app receives a notification token from Apple and registers it together with a random identifier created by the app itself on installation. That identifier is not your name, email or advertising identifier; it is used only to deliver notifications, and you can switch notifications off at any time in the iOS Settings.
No tracking, no ads
There are no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics and no tracking. The app does not use your location, contacts or microphone.
What the app is not
Balances, margins, ageing and settlement rhythm are simple calculations over the records you entered yourself. The app does not handle real money and is not a bank, lender, payment service, or accounting or tax software, and it does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing is sold or transacted inside the app and there are no in-app purchases. The app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any bank, payment provider, retailer or trade organization.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app erases all patrons, entries, stock, closed days and photos permanently.
